Focused muscle work before or after exercise, adapted to your sport, training schedule and current physical state.
About the treatment
Sports massage is for anyone who trains regularly, from strength work and running to dance, martial arts and team sports. It is not reserved for professional athletes.
Before the session, your therapist asks about your latest workout, training pattern, tired areas and previous injuries. The protocol then prioritises the muscle groups that work hardest in your activity.
Compression, active kneading, targeted deep work and mobilisation are paced to the goal of the session: preparing the body for movement or supporting recovery after exertion.
What guests commonly notice after the session
less post-training stiffness
better awareness of working muscles
more freedom and confidence in movement

60 minutes focuses on the muscle groups used most in your activity. 90 minutes allows several functional areas to be addressed in more detail.
Sharp pain, significant swelling, loss of function or a suspected acute injury requires medical assessment rather than intensive massage.
Choose light activity according to how you feel. Massage may support perceived recovery, but it does not guarantee gains in strength, speed or endurance.
Helpful guides
Session length affects the number of areas and the pace—not how “powerful” a massage is. Here is a simple way to choose without rushing or overbooking.
