Clear terms for gift cards, memberships, VIP packages and booking changes.
A gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase. A treatment gift card keeps the selected treatment, while a value gift card retains any unused balance after partial redemption.
Before first use, a gift card may be transferred to another person. One freeze of up to 60 days is available.
A membership starts on the first visit, no later than 30 days after purchase. If no visit takes place, its validity starts automatically on day 30.
A membership can be transferred once and only before activation.
The standard VIP package is valid for 6 months and the annual package for 12 months. Transfer is possible only before activation. A six-month package may be frozen once for up to 30 days; an annual package once for up to 60 days.
These terms apply only to bookings already paid with a gift card, membership or VIP package. If a booking has not been prepaid, no monetary deduction applies.
A prepaid booking can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge at least 12 hours in advance. The first late change, cancellation or no-show has no deduction. For each later case, RESET may deduct no more than 50% of the scheduled session price from the prepaid balance.
There is no deduction for an emergency, air-raid alert, or a cancellation or rescheduling initiated by RESET.
Discounts cannot be combined with one another.
The –10% first-visit offer is available only to new clients. It is not deducted online — an administrator applies it at the salon.
The –15% discount for clients with Ukrainian combatant status (UBD) is not deducted online — an administrator applies it at the salon only after a UBD certificate is presented.
