How we process and protect the personal data of website users.
This Privacy Policy sets out how RESET Massage Space processes and protects the personal data of website users.
The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010 and other applicable laws of Ukraine. The contact for personal data requests is provided in section 10.
Processing is based on the user’s voluntary consent, provided when completing website forms or booking services.
The website uses technical services required to operate and protect forms, including Cloudflare Turnstile. Google Maps loads on pages that contain a map. Cloudflare Web Analytics and, when the relevant integrations are enabled, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads are used to measure visits and online-booking performance. Optional Google analytics can be allowed, declined or changed at any time through the “Analytics preferences” button on the website.
We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction.
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage, security and web analytics; Google provides maps and enabled measurement and advertising tools; Altegio manages appointments; Resend delivers service emails; and Nova Poshta receives delivery details for a physical gift card. Each provider receives only the data needed for the relevant action. We do not otherwise share personal data except as required by Ukrainian law.
You may request information about your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent by contacting RESET Massage Space.
Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law.
