A balanced choice for a first massage, general fatigue, stiffness, desk-based work or regular whole-body care.
RESET ritualRelax · Anti-stress · RESET ritual
A balanced full-body massage for regular recovery when fatigue, stiffness or a sense of physical overload has built up.
About the treatment
Classic massage works equally well as a first introduction to RESET and as regular body care after desk work, travel, exercise or a particularly demanding week.
Before the session, your therapist asks about how you feel, your usual activity, sensitive areas and preferred pressure. This becomes the basis for a personal sequence across the back, legs, arms and shoulder area.
Kneading, friction, pressure and flowing passes alternate at a comfortable pace. The session is not a test of endurance: pressure can be adjusted at any point according to your feedback.
What guests commonly notice after the session
less perceived stiffness
more freedom in everyday movement
an overall sense of rest and lightness

In the frame
The frame shows a measured sequence across the back and lower back, with pressure adjusted to the guest’s sensitivity.
A balanced choice for a first massage, general fatigue, stiffness, desk-based work or regular whole-body care.
60 minutes covers the whole body with one priority area. 90 minutes allows several priorities and a slower pace without rushing.
Postpone the session if you have acute pain, a recent injury, fever, active inflammation or unexplained symptoms that have not yet been assessed.
Return to your usual fluid intake and comfortable movement. If deeper work leaves the area sensitive, delay maximal physical effort until you feel comfortable again.
Helpful guides
Session length affects the number of areas and the pace—not how “powerful” a massage is. Here is a simple way to choose without rushing or overbooking.
