RESET ritualBack care · Release · Mobility
A focused session for the back, shoulders and neck after prolonged sitting, computer work or uneven physical strain.
About the treatment
Back massage is ideal when discomfort is concentrated in the lower back, between the shoulder blades, across the shoulders or around the neck and a full-body session is not necessary.
At the start, your therapist identifies where fatigue is most noticeable and how it relates to work, sleep or physical activity. Time is then divided between priority areas, with pressure adjusted through your feedback.
A 30-minute session is suitable for local work, while 60 minutes allows more detailed attention across the back, shoulder girdle and neck. Acute pain or a recent injury should be assessed by a medical professional first.
What guests commonly notice after the session
less heaviness across the back
more relaxed shoulders and neck
greater comfort in turns and bends

For local fatigue across the back, neck and shoulders after computer work, prolonged sitting or repetitive loading.
30 minutes focuses on one priority area. 60 minutes allows the back, shoulder girdle and neck to be covered more gradually.
Acute pain, a recent injury, weakness, persistent numbness or unusual neurological symptoms should be assessed by a clinician first.
Add comfortable movement and regular breaks to the working day. Massage does not replace an ergonomic setup or medical assessment.
Helpful guides
Massage may help with the feeling of stiffness and post-exercise soreness, but it cannot replace sleep, nutrition, sensible training or assessment of an injury.
