RESET ritualCupping · Circulation · Recovery
A vacuum technique for locally overworked areas when the tissue needs a different kind of stimulus from classic hands-on massage.
About the treatment
Cupping massage is most often chosen for the back, shoulders or other areas that feel dense and overloaded. It can be booked as a standalone treatment or included in a combined protocol.
The therapist places or gently moves vacuum cups while monitoring suction and the skin’s response. Intensity is increased gradually rather than following a ‘stronger is better’ approach.
Temporary circular marks may appear after the treatment; this is a common response to vacuum and is always discussed in advance. Please mention very sensitive skin or vascular concerns before your session.
What guests commonly notice after the session
less perceived local overload
warmth and increased tissue awareness
a lighter feeling in the selected area

In the frame
Local vacuum creates a pressure change that allows dense areas to be addressed precisely.
For guests who consciously choose a local vacuum technique and understand that temporary circular marks can appear afterwards.
The current 60-minute format includes consultation, local cupping and manual work adjusted to the skin's response.
Not suitable over broken or infected skin. Bleeding disorders, easy bruising or anticoagulant medication require medical clearance.
Do not rub or overheat the treated skin. Seek medical advice if blistering, severe pain, increasing redness or signs of infection appear.
Helpful guides
Massage may help with the feeling of stiffness and post-exercise soreness, but it cannot replace sleep, nutrition, sensible training or assessment of an injury.
