RESET ritualFeet care · Grounding · Lightness
Focused care for the feet and legs after long walks, flights, exercise or a working day spent standing.
About the treatment
This format is ideal when the feet, calves or ankle area feel most tired and you want to devote the entire session to the lower body.
Before starting, your therapist asks about recent strain and sensitive areas. Kneading, pressure, foot work and gentle mobilisation are performed separately for each leg.
Pressure is adjusted to your feedback, especially after intensive walking or sport. One-sided swelling, acute pain or a recent injury should be medically assessed before massage.
What guests commonly notice after the session
a lighter feeling in the feet and calves
less accumulated fatigue
a comfortable sense of support and grounding

In the frame
The therapist moves between the foot, lower leg and the areas where fatigue is most noticeable.
For tired feet and calves after walking, training, travel or a working day spent standing.
The 30-minute local format focuses on the feet and lower legs. Choose a full-body or drainage format when broader work is needed.
One-sided swelling, warmth, redness, calf pain, inflamed veins, a recent injury, wounds or fungal infection are reasons to postpone.
Choose comfortable footwear and gentle walking. Seek medical advice if swelling or pain persists or becomes worse.
