A gentle rhythmic massage for a lighter feeling when mild puffiness, heaviness or stagnation follows less active days.
About the treatment
Lymphatic drainage massage may suit periods after flights, prolonged sitting, reduced activity or whenever the body feels heavier than usual.
The therapist uses slow, sequential movements that follow natural lymphatic pathways. Deep, forceful pressure is not required; accuracy of direction, steady rhythm and sufficient time are the essential elements.
After the session, we recommend drinking water in small amounts and planning some gentle movement. This treatment is not medical care; sudden, pronounced or painful swelling should be assessed by a doctor first.
What guests commonly notice after the session
less perceived heaviness
a more noticeable sense of lightness
greater comfort after flights or inactive days

60 minutes addresses key areas. 90 minutes provides a broader, slower sequence following a short health screening.
Sudden, painful, warm or one-sided swelling is a reason not to massage. Diagnosed lymphoedema and heart or kidney conditions require medical clearance.
Gentle walking and normal fluid intake are sufficient. The treatment does not 'remove toxins' or replace investigation of the cause of swelling.

Session length affects the number of areas and the pace—not how “powerful” a massage is. Here is a simple way to choose without rushing or overbooking.
