At RESET, we value transparency, comfort, and trust. Below you will find complete information about payment methods, booking conditions and refund policy.
Payment methods
We offer convenient and secure payment options:

📲 Online payment during booking (if such an option is available on the site)

🎁 Payment with a RESET gift certificate
All payments are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Booking and prepayment
A partial or full prepayment may be required to confirm your appointment for the procedure (especially for long SPA rituals or during peak hours).
Prepayment guarantees:

fixing the time for you,
-
preparation of the space and the master,
-
individual selection of the procedure protocol.
After making the prepayment, you will receive confirmation of the appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.

Cancellation or rescheduling without losing the prepayment is possible no later than 12 hours before the start of the procedure.

In case of cancellation less than 12 hours in advance or no-show without notice, the prepayment is not refundable.

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once with the prepayment remaining.
These rules help us respect the time of the masters and other clients.
Refunds funds
Refund is possible in the following cases:

If the service was not provided due to RESET’s fault.

If the client canceled the registration within the specified period (in accordance with the conditions above).

In the event of a technical error during payment.
Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, within 3–7 business days (depending on the bank).
Gift certificates

The certificate is valid for the period specified on it term.

The certificate is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

If the cost of the procedure exceeds the face value of the certificate, an additional fee may be charged.

If the cost is lower than the face value, the difference is not compensated.
